Hello! Thinking about the start of the Tour of Spain which gets underway later today, I’ve been making a few doodles and drawings in anticipation. Just quick thoughts really but here they are anyway!

Thanks so much – So glad to hear that you spotted it! I was thrilled to bits to see my picture in ‘The Artist’ magazine. The exhibition comes up in September in Leicester with the Leicester Sketch Club. They’re a very good club and the show promises some good work to see. I’m showing the painting featured in the magazine, ‘Cheltenham, Start of the race’ (see the post Cheltenham Stars’) and the large oil, ‘Window on my garden’ which I finally managed to finish this year (in the post, ‘Slow Coach’) Thanks again 🙂

That is great and good luck to you all. Great selection, ashamed you are that far. The racing line is great and full movement 🙂

With just a few strokes of pen and wash you bring to your sketches such life and energy. – Sharon
