Hola! Back in Spain for the World Championship Time Trials. Wonderful setting in Ponferrada, today’s race was all about the contest between three-time champion, Tony Martin and Great Britain’s hero, Sir Bradley Wiggins. I can’t be unbiased here, I’m a huge fan of Sir Bradley and he rode a storming race to take his first World Championship title. With a modest ‘thumbs up’ as he saw his victory confirmed, he also announced that this would be his last time trial. A great way to leave! Go Wiggo! Here are my drawings:

I’m a mixed media visual artist working in Leicestershire in the UK. I trained in Fine Art using different media including oils and acrylics, but my recent work reflects my love of drawn media, especially pen, ink, watercolour and pastels. My theme is movement – My subjects are varied from landscape, animals, musicians, dancers and sport, especially cycling. The unifying feature of all these subjects is that they are constantly changing – there is movement and energy everywhere.

You capture so much movement in each sketch. They feel like still frames from a movie. They’re absolutely great!
So, I’ve nominated you for a Liebster Award. If you’re interested, head over to my blog (http://wp.me/p3A96j-bP) and check out the rules. Have a good day!
