Experiments
Hello! It’s a time of year when things are drawing to a close but it’s a time when I like to look back over recent work and experiment with new ideas. I’ve been working on a few things lately with several themes in mind but all linked by the thread of people drawn together to see or witness something in a crowd, either willingly or forced. Not quite sure where these will go but hopefully all lines of enquiry will lead to something worthwhile in time. Here are a few of my experiments:

Great painting experiments. I like the crowd of cyclists taking off (red & green), the blue -black one is great.

Thanks so much – both images are a bit of a departure and it’s been a case of slowing down a bit to allow the paintings to develop. Glad to hear that you like them 🙂

Love Autumn Race, its colours are so evocative of the season. Good luck with the experiments, I’m sure the outcomes will be fab.
