Tour de France 2020: Stage 15 – Flags out on the Grand Colombier
This next image from Stage 15, shows another view of the fans at the start of the climb to the Grand Colombier, standing on a road that was ridiculously steep and greeting the two riders who were together at this point, Pierre Rolland of B&B Hotels-Vital Concept and Michael Gogl of NTT Pro Cycling.
I’m a mixed media visual artist working in Leicestershire in the UK. I trained in Fine Art using different media including oils and acrylics, but my recent work reflects my love of drawn media, especially pen, ink, watercolour and pastels. My theme is movement – My subjects are varied from landscape, animals, musicians, dancers and sport, especially cycling. The unifying feature of all these subjects is that they are constantly changing – there is movement and energy everywhere.
