Tour de France 2020: Stage 17 – Oranges and lemons
Another image highlighting teams in this year’s race. Two teams on show here and I was taken with their respective colours, hence the title of the picture! The team at the front, is Bahrain McLaren, who picked up the pace and set a target for Jumbo Visma just behind them.
I’m a mixed media visual artist working in Leicestershire in the UK. I trained in Fine Art using different media including oils and acrylics, but my recent work reflects my love of drawn media, especially pen, ink, watercolour and pastels. My theme is movement – My subjects are varied from landscape, animals, musicians, dancers and sport, especially cycling. The unifying feature of all these subjects is that they are constantly changing – there is movement and energy everywhere.
