Harborough Artists – Open Studios – Thank you!

To everyone who came along over the weekend to visit artists in the Harborough Artists Cluster Open Studios Trail, thank you for your wonderful support.

I was delighted to show my work alongside Marion Holden and Derek Brittan in Great Bowden. Two excellent artists and great friends!

We had over 100 visitors on the two days and made good sales. The weather was perfect and it was lovely to see old friends and new!

Looking forward to seeing you again soon 🙂

Racing Lines: Le Tour

Hello and best wishes for 2018! This first post of the year is another to encourage a visit to my home city of Leicester – this time for a personal reason. The Leicester Society of Artists runs a programme with the Cank Street Gallery in Leicester featuring its members throughout the year.  An article about each artist appears on the LSA website and Cank Street Gallery shows a collection of the artist’s work in the gallery.

At the moment, it’s my turn and the gallery has chosen pictures from ‘Racing Lines: Le Tour’ to show until 28th February. It was a lovely surprise and honour to be chosen and I’m delighted to have the chance to show these pictures together in Leicester for the first time.

The paintings here all feature in the exhibition and can be bought through the Cank Street Gallery in Leicester or online. See the exhibition catalogue on Cank Street Gallery, Leicester and read more on Leicester Society of Artists
